What data we collect
When you fill in the quote form, we collect the information you give us: your name, your phone number, your email address, the type of work and the message you write. We collect nothing else about you.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your request: call you back, arrange a visit and provide you with a quote. The work is carried out by our partner roofer, ADL Delferier, to whom your request is forwarded so they can follow up. This partner may change over time. We never sell your data and never pass it to any other third party for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as it takes to handle your request, then for the time needed to follow up any job and meet our legal obligations. Beyond that, it is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, and object to its processing. Just ask us on +32 474 13 15 88 or by email. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Cookies and analytics
Today, the site uses no audience-measurement tool. In the future we may install one, for example Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads or the Meta pixel. If so, a consent banner will ask for your agreement before any non-essential cookie is set, and this page will be updated to say so.
